Will MT correct the lines to when Habs could score?
How many brain farts will be made and by whom?
Will Maxipad ever get rid of his tampon playing?
Are icicles a snowman's version of hemorrhoids?

Do or do not, there is no [Pe]-try.......

Roll with:

Pacioretty Plekanec Thomas
Eller Galchenyuk Andrighetto
Fleischmann Desharnais Weise
Hudon Flynn Byron

Markov Subban
Beaulieu Petry
Tinordi Gilbert

Tokarski

Carr/Emelin/Pateryn - out

Get Tinordi in there for sure and get him some games in. They are going to need the mobility on the backend against Ottawa who will be flying.

First of all, Condon has played well vs Ottawa.
So I'm hoping for a slump break Saturday night.

Second, would not put Thomas on the first line. I'd do this:
Pacioretty Plekanec Hudon
Eller Galchenyuk Andrighetto
Fleischmann Desharnais Weise
Byron Mitchell Flynn

Markov Subban
Beaulieu Petry
Pateryn Gilbert

Condon

(based on the fact i believe Mitchell is back)

The first line with Hudon there has all 3 of them as lefties. Therrien wont do that he likes to have Righties and Lefties playing their sides from top to bottom. Unless forced to. Thomas is a righty with speed and a nice shot. Give him a shot there and maybe something could work out.

Hudons foot speed isn't the greatest. I don't think he would be ready for #1 line role yet. He is suitable right now on the 4th. Eller and Fleischmann won't be moving from the left either.

Weise - Plekaenc - Fleischman
Eller - Desharnais - Byron
Hudon - Mitchell - Flynn

I feel like they're going to get some goals this game. Over due. Probably still a loss though. 5-4 OT loss or something stupid.

Depends, is Craig Anderson the starting goalie? If yes, then SLIDE

After checking the record for the Habs we had last suffered 4 losses in a row in January 2014. If we lose Saturdays game tomorrow against the Sens we will match 5 losses in a row last seen in the disastrous 2012 season.

I thought Mitchell was going to be ready to play this week. If so, I'd
try him with Plenc and MaxPac. Then you could have two veteran lines,
along with the DD line. Their the ones who should carry the load when
there is adversity.
They would still have Eller Chuck and Ghetto, and Flynn, Carr, and
whomever (DSP, Hudon, Thomas, in that order for me, if DSP is OK)

Even if Mitchell is back, he's not likely to be effective or to see a lot of minutes on his first game back. I'm guessing Beaulieu will draw back in (Pateryn out) and Thomas to be sent down.

And the lines will be picked out of a bag.

I really hope we win. I'm already starting to hear the "Montreal is revealing how good they really are" talk. Like we don't have 4 people on the IR including our top RW and are #1 goalie who is best in the league.

Dew drops and rainforest
Pacioretty - Plekanec - Thomas/Carr
Eller - Galchenyuk - Ghetto
Fleishmann - Desharnais - Weise
Hudon - Mitchell - Flynn

Subban - Markov
Emelin - Petry
Beaulieu - Pateryn

Tokarski
Condon

Give Chucky's line the same minutes as Pleky's.

Don't play Desharnais more than he can handle.

PP put Galchenyuk on with Patches and Ghetto

Start Tokarski and let the backup battle begin (best way to get 100% out of any player is a little competition)

Hudon and Mitchell could tear up 3rd D pairings.

Tell Subban to take more shots!

If you get a stupid penalty you have to come to next practice without your jock.

Is Mitchell supposed to be back? I haven't read anything recently other than he had a setback.

Considering the way we're playing, I'm not holding my breath on a win.

Doesn't look like anyone has volunteered to do the GDT for the game against the Sens. Hopefully someone will step up. It's kind of embarrassing when a board as popular as ours, doesn't have one.

As for the question. We are going to crush the Sens, led by Subban and Patches. :yo:

Tomorrow is the perfect time to play Tinordi. Gilbert has been bad all season, especially yesterday, and Pateryn wasn't good at all either last night.

just do it already. Regardless, Gilbert should sit...but apparently he's bulletproof.

Dilbert is the new Bouillon = "Douillon". Can do no wrong. Although, not sure what it is he does do. :sarcasm:

LOL
You have a leg up on some because you have Carr as a possibility.
Can't see how he doesn't get another game(s) the way he's playing
But then again coach may not like him.

It really is a wonder to behold.
Then there is Flynn who really doesn't have to do much of anything including winning a faceoff to get reps.

Montreal's a better team than Ottawa, even without Price. Can't control slumping players, but if some of the core wake up and show up, we win.
