Happy for Samsonov and glad they got the win but was a generally poor game by the team.

Robertson made the most of getting some chances and he should certainly get some more over a bunch of the forwards who haven't accomplished much recently.

Management deserves some credit for how they handled the Samsonov situation.

We all wanted to get rid of him and many were shocked with how quickly they called him back up but it looks like they had a very good read on the situation and stayed patient with a goalie they obviously believed in.

This win and how well he played could really be a huge turnaround for him and maybe even the team

Sammy, Robertson and Benoit were excellent tonight. Everyone else was shite. Special mention to Brodie and Liljegren who tried their best to gave it away.

Tavares' best game in weeks and weeks. f*** all productivity, but some shots hit the net.

Jones held us in long enough over a number of games and maybe Sammy has his head on straight again. With Woll coming back soon ... it'd be nice to have 2 capable goaltenders.

Matthews... again. Not a surprise but still great to see.

Robertson great game. Keep playing him. Benoit was the most noticeable but in a good way... d man tonight.

Good to see Samsonov comeback with a couple of strong games, probably his best of the season.

Also to the people who keep putting Robertson and other Leafs prospects in trade proposals, THIS IS WHY you give them a chance with your team first before thinking about moving them. Don't know why some fans here are so eager to move Leafs prospects without letting them develop and then giving them a shot with the Leafs for a good run of games before deciding whether or not to move them.
