Clearly they were cause if they weren't they wouldn't have had to give up their 3rd..

Saint John has maintained their innocence from the start.

After MONTHS of investigation and deliberation, the league officially said 'the integrity of the Saint John Sea Dogs cannot be questioned' in this case.

And now this.

This league is a total FARCE.

So is there any rules regarding a situation like this? Or is it a "go with the flow" kind of thing?

The one thing I hate about how the CHL is run (and all 3 independent leagues) is that there is ZERO transparency when it comes to decisions made by the leagues.
