Realistically, I would be happy with him coming on for a 1 year prove it contract. I think he'd be our seventh best winger after Giroux, Voracek, Konecny, Lindblom, Farabee and JVR. Many Flyer fans will probably also put Frost (if Patrick returns and is at Center) and NAK above him, which I wouldn't argue with too hard. Lots of versatility in forward core.

that's why it's ideal to get him on a cheap 1-year deal.
if it doesn't work out for the obvious reasons, he's an easy drop no big deal no harm done.
