Two things, I never watch shootouts on principle but I went back and watched Vrana's shot cause of people here saying it was filthy. Wow was it ever.

Second, maybe I'm wrong but it seems like the Caps have a bit of an extra gear in back to backs so far this season.

I thought this was only our 3rd back to back this season. An OT loss and 2 wins in shootouts. One of those was the 6-5 game against the Canucks.
