Agreed. I assumed the 3 protected D were DD, Roy and Walker who are all RHD.

They can use another LHD IMO...

Size may not matter between the legs but it matters on the ice

Our needs are: first round picks that can replace Ristolainen through trade or development.

Considering the expansion draft a conditional lottery protected first in 2022 that becomes a first in 2023 could work.

You're getting a full year of him. I figured your '21 pick would be too high. Prospect needs skill with snarl but Fagemo, Kaliyev types could work

Out of all the prospects he is the forgotten man but has played well in the AHL.

Could be a guy they might part with. LA has plenty of center depth.

Gotcha, I think if it was Fagemo straight up they’d probably be all over it.

Kaliyev is a harder sell. Kings have been desperate for scoring wingers for a long time but I get the give to get scenario.

Walker is a smallish offensive dman with solid moves and ok first pass. Cheap contract with some term. Not bad but he doesn’t have the offense that Risto brings.

I think if Walker is included the prospect likely drops a level.
