Since I live in the Tri City area of Victoria, Vancouver and Seattle, Seattle will be Top 10 when they play their first season.
If Quebec regains a team they are in the middle. I like them coming back, but mostly as a rival re-viving.
Houston is mostly in the Middle too, just like how Vegas was at the start of this season imo.
