WHO IS A PROSPECT:

SKATER PROSPECT: A player 24 or younger with 50 or fewer NHL games.

GOALIE PROSPECT: A player 25 or younger with 25 or fewer NHL games.

EXCEPTION 1: If a player completed the required 50/25 games, but is still not regarded as an NHL regular because he's shuffling between the NHL and the AHL, he could still be a prospect as long as he's 24 or younger and if agreed upon by most people here.

EXCEPTION 2: A player who is no older than 25 years old at the time of the vote and is a borderline NHLer could still count if agreed upon by most people here.

What's the deal with Nanne? He is at college senior (or that age, not sure about his college credits) and has 9 points in 30 games. He missed 2 full seasons of development. He's going to be 22 years old at the end of this season so his prime development years are over. He was drafted at the end of the 5th round and even then many were surprised he'd get drafted. His stock could not have possibly gone up since 2014.

Slim pickings at this point. Aren't really a lot of players left with real value

Pedrie, Fogarty are in the AHL at least. I doubt Nanne makes it anywhere near the AHL. He'll finish college and then go get a non-athlete job.
