I am definitely not certain on this, but I think the Caps have split the regulars and youth as much as they can into three different teams: red team, blue team, and white team in practice. So they probably are rolling those teams out in preseason games as well, or at least for the first 3 preseason games.

Again, I have no idea myself.

If things are played out exactly like outlined above, its possible we could see Leason in the 3rd preseason game on a line with Ovechkin and Backstrom on the white team?

Man they shut down Penn Commons across from the stadium, the one next to bar Louie. Rip. Drank many beers there before games.

That place was good - great beer selection and a stupendous smoked whitefish dip - their decline began when they stopped serving it. Used to see Alan May in there before games
