JVR - 30 goals, improved play under Babcock.
Kadri 55 pts, no big $$$ payout.
Holland 40 pts, more ice time as Bozak gets moved.
Reilly - 35 pts, he starts to emerge.
Bozak - if he stays , manages to grind out 35 pts. for Babcock before being unloaded at TD.
Gardiner- 32 pts.`, forced by Babcock to play defense.
Mathias 31 pts- playing for contract.
Phaneuff - 30 pts.

No one else, because if you can't score 30 pts, well...

Arcobello scored 31 pts too. He also produced better in less games Yotes vs. Oil
16pts in 27g vs. 12 in 36

If Beck can get back to his rookie numbers, he could score 35

Is PAP declining? He played 1 more game, than the season before and dropped 11pts, but on a poor offensive team like Montreal. How will being Babcock's pet affect him?

JvR - 28 Goals, 24 Assists - 52 points
Kadri - 20 goals, 25 assists - 45 points
Lupul - 22 goals, 20 Assists - 42 points
PAP - 21 goals, 19 Assists - 40 points
Bozak - 14 goals, 26 Assists - 40 points

I think it's going to be a tough, tough year.
I'm in the same ballpark. Anyone who believes this team has any shot at a playoff run needs to take a long hard look at the roster and realize that a guy like PA Parenteau will probably be a "key" forward next season. You don't need to look any further to see that this roster will be lucky to stay out of the bottom 5 in the entire league.

He'll have to "rebound"
I think Matthias and Arcobello will out produce him, and Beck will slot in when he's in the press box.

Yep. This is likely the worst roster (on paper) this team has iced in quite some time.

Babcocks coaching will help, but one man can only do so much.

I think players like Kadri and JVR are capable of hitting 60 points, I'm just not so sure they will be able to do it on a team that lacks so much skill, like the Leafs.

One player means we lost "so much skill".

These current players are definitely above the Sill's and Lindstrom's of the world.

Prior to the Kessel trade the leafs didn't have much, and we lost the team's best forward.

It's not just his goals that the Leafs will miss, but his assists as well. It's not unreasonable to suggest the team will score less than 200 goals next season. Perhaps that's an overly negative/pessimistic prediction, but it's certainly well within the realm of possibility.

It depends on how Babcock will deploy his line up this year. I am going to wait to see who are his go to players. As we still do not know for sure, if Nylander or Marner are going to make the team out of camp.

Lupul is toast.

I think it would be more realistic to discuss Lupul hitting 40 games rather than 40 points.

lol totally.

This is one hellabad team, that will have to overachieve to be bottom 10. But many are auditioning here as our young guys grow but we still don't have a C. Odds of playoffs .05%

55 games in.

Komarov|55|18|17|35|52
Bozak|47|10|21|31|49
JvR|40|14|15|29|36**
PaP|55|14|15|29|43
Kadri|53|11|17|28|42
Rielly|55|5|19|24|36
Lupul|46|11|3|14|22

*Pace in this context is the player playing the remaining games of the season (27) at the same pace as they have had
**I put JvR as playing 10 more games this season although he might not even get that many in.

It's rather safe to say nobody is going to get to the 55 point mark, and maybe nobody even gets to 50.

Gardiner? Holland? Why leave out some players to make us look worse?

Komarov is such a stud. I've become a big fan of him this year. He scores, he hits, he hustles... what doesn't he do? After Rielly, Komarov has been most pleasing to watch this year.

I'm not sure which is worse, no one breaking 55 points or only 1 player breaking 50 points?

I love Leo.
I don't even care if he scores.
The guy is a coach's dream.
