To me, it'll be more important how many Russia concedes than scores.

I wonder who's going to sit out today..

Such a strong Russian team, I have my doubts Canada will match their offensive punch.

I've heard that one many times before, and in this tournament, you never know who is going to show up and when. Sometimes the best teams have been the ones that looked poor on paper, but had amazing chemistry.

I think Russia will win, but I am cheering for the Czech team.

That's true but with Johansen, Skinner, Nugent-Hopkins, Seguin and Couturier we could:sarcasm:

This Russia squad looks scary good, hope our D can wear them down.

It's the case that the players are like the "goods" used by NHL clubs owners. The canadian federation must make the nhl clubs give the possibility to let the young starts play for the national team.

To be honest, I'd rather let them stay in the NHL and give other players a chance to prove themselves, and allows for better competition. Those players have proved they belong in the NHL, allowing them to come to this tournament and risk injury etc does no good for the player or NHL team.

hey where is that canadian patriotism? when the game go close to the national teams rivalry it's much more useful to have the best roster from both sides.
One case to play for money in Nhl, another is to wear the national jersey!
