I mostly blame humble bundle.

I do the Humble Bundle Monthly subscription and I haven't even gotten around to getting my keys from back in March until present. My backlog is doomed.

I've begun trimming mine. Removed Spelunky, The Swindle, Malicious and Lone Survivor. It's remarkably liberating, and will be even moreso over the weekend as I actually look at the things I have and see whether I want to put the time into them.
