Copy the GIF url and put it in Option 1. I think you did the same thing I did, which is to Save the GIF and upload it. That didn't work for me.

What's the max image size for non-sponsors? 125x125 right?

If it's not, that may be why. It's 125x125. Might need to be resized.

Yeah, I think the larger ones are for: A) Mods, B) HF Partners, or C) People with crazy post counts. Not too sure.

I've fixed a couple of them already because people were finding they weren't working. So some of the ones in your post may already be down to size.
