Rust and Heinen have been pretty bad effort wise.

I'd move Poe/TB/Arch to L3. Remake L4 until they get there head in the game. L3 is giving us pretty mediocre play... they can't blame it on Kap. He's been out for 5+ games and L3 has had maybe 2 blips of good play and the rest have been forgettable.

If it makes you feel any better Pixies, Rangers board is on suicide watch. They've joined you in hating Gallant, pretty much want his head on a spike, also talking blowing up the team which will be tricky given all the NMCs they have.
