Nah mate, this isn’t overreactions if it’s about how awful the Team Defense is. It’s been an issue since the Cali road swing.

Being out shot 19-4 in the 3rd period by an Expansion team is laughable especially when the Pens are fighting for every point they can get. They got 1 tonight, but didn’t even deserve that to be honest.

Overreaction would be “trade everyone!”

Saying the team was putrid in their own zone as a collective, is not an overreaction, it’s been an ugly trend that’s slowly becoming harder to ignore. These are habits that need to be sorted before the playoffs, because if they aren’t, that’s another 1st round exit and everyone blaming the wrong person.

And yes, pts in 18 out of 20 is nice, but the play on the ice can’t be ignored when its like that.
