Vancouver was PM'd and advised of the situation, and further advised that they have until 8:00 PM Central Time (6:00 PM Pacific) to make an alternate selection, or I would assign them a player and move on.

Montreal has PM'd me, and they have their selection ready once Vancouver makes a new one.
