Oh, that was sarcasm - figures the emoji was that easy to insert...

Not a reflection on your post, but rather how looney tunes some others are being right now/always. When you're just sort of scrolling through these threads it can be hard to follow the exact nature of every response, and the real posts sadly sometimes read like parody posts.

Phil Kessel took plenty of shit, got no problem with him giving some back

Fair enough I suppose. But it would be way more of a potent "burn" if he let his play on the ice do his talking, not strutting and flashing his rings in the press box.

Without shitting on the city and region, just talking in relative terms, where do you think Winnipeg ranks among the most desirable locations to play in the NHL?
Calgary has worse facilities than most College teams and many high school teams around here. Winnipeg is neck and neck with Arizona for last. Add in Canadian taxes (there’s a reason most NTCs have all the Canadian teams other than TOR and MTL on them, and often they’re on there too) and it’s kind of a three way race to the bottom right now.

Congrats to the knights! So happy for Bruce especially getting great goaltending with Adin Hill.

Not to bring up the 2015 draft again; but the bruins took Dan Vladar in the 3rd round….very next pick….Adin Hill….

I've been there. Also saw a Jets game there. The arena is fantastic, the fans are great and the people are really nice. Lots of bugs in the summer time, though.

As for the city itself. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Twin Cities. For whatever that's worth...
