Teams need to stop pretending they gave away worse returns. There is no such thing as a conditional 2nd that can become a 1st. That is a conditional 1st. Setting two standards is confusing for everyone.
No, it's a 2nd. There are criteria that need to be met for it to become a 1st, until that moment, it's a 2nd. What you're saying is way more confusing.

I mean it’s a buyers market when the player has a full NMC and has picked the one and only team he is willing to get traded to.

Outside of that - there’s not much to gather from this deal.
