Vegas missed the playoffs and looks like it should go into rebuild mode, so P.K. Subban will be on the trade block in the offseason. Expect to pay a high draft pick, prospect and (lesser) roster player.

In case anyone has forgotten, and I suspect most have, the trade freeze ends as soon as the finals are done and our draft wont be till roughly the last week of September when rosters are more widely known.

I will introduce some suggested points changes and rule changes for next year for feedback as well once the season is over. I was going to run a separate pool but think I can just add what I want here and people can then draft and trade and pickup free agents accordingly.

You can start pondering your player drops for the offseason. Roster limits are 26 and all teams are at the roster limits.

So if you plan to draft 4 players (the draft is 4 rounds) teams with 26 players must submit their player drops before the draft (the date will be given).

Free agency begins one day after the regular season commences and it is first come first served with each team having a total of 4 free agents they can select throughout the year (still noting that roster limits are fixed at 26 and at no time can a team be above 26 players).
