Poor effort for 40 minutes, but then all that offensive zone time cycling their defense wore down the opposing defenders. The first two periods were like the early season with too many egregious defensive breakdowns that gave the Leafs wide open looks in front of the net.

Since Feb 1st we have played 9 games against playoff teams. We are 4-3-2 with only 2 wins in regulation. We are struggling with beating playoff teams right now.
