Its hard to compete with Crosby when he continually wins the CS win he doesn't deserve to win.

Well, it's not that someone else individual would have been more deserving. Or who do you have in mind and for which year? No one was spectacular, Crosby was the best of the good.

Getzlaf is pretty much always a god in the playoffs. Consistently performing everytime

He seems to be pacing himself all year - doing just enough when needed - waiting for playoffs.

There's a good chance that the Caps will turn to Grubauer in the playoffs this year. The goalies are definitely not my pick for a Conn Smythe winner if Washington were to win. I would go with Ovechkin, Kuznetsov or Carlson instead.
