Good thing he cleared. We'll need a filler center after Monahan is traded. I can't imagine Kidney is ready for a call up and Mysak may be the only bottom six style center in Laval. Gignac has quietly been the best center down there but doesn't even have an NHL contract.

Though I suppose we could just ask for an ahler back in one of the deadline trades.

Gotta say that would be a ballsy move even assuming mitchell is not interesting to anyone.. that would be a problem if he was claimed that being said, apparently rhp can play centre… i had no idea.

Probably expected, since most teams have a Stephens in their system (aka, a vanilla center that won't embarass himself playing sheltered minutes, but with no strong points at NHL level.)
