I can see Austria winning this. Finns should be really tired from the Russia game..

Might be difficult to get the team pumped about this game after yesterday night. Austria has a chance, especially if they get an early, easy goal.

Pesonen is injured and won't play. Savinainen will be in the first line and Haataja in the third line.

Surprise, surprise, Kovalchuk isn't suspended. :shakehead

Who cares? Only one that suspension would have served is Kovalchuk, as a reminder that by losing his temper he's really not doing any services to himself or his team.

But now, should the rematch come, our guys can just keep feeding that fire...

Pesonen is injured and won't play.

He certainly didn't look well yesterday after the punch. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out of the tournament and/or returns and plays like crap. It didn't look like a huge punch but it doesn't always have to be to cause problems especially with head injuries.

Probably broken jaw or something at worst, kovalchuk hit pretty hard and had glove on he's hand, which does not soften the hit, its the opposite.

I think crying about suspension is not what team Finland should do, instead payback on ice by Winning them at next meeting, maybe some other kind of payback too.. it depend's if we have anyone who is willing to do that (melart?).
