True, but they are all tough players, not just big. And they all play big and hit. Tough does not necessarily mean a good fighter, though Rempe and Roobroeck are both more than passable.

He still doesn’t have man strength yet. Hopefully he follows kreider, Schneider and Cuylle and becomes a gym rat.

Improving his balance and agility would go a long way. Naturally it’s not easy being that tall

Keep setting up screens, he's a chaos machine in front of the net and is a massive problem for the other team's dmen and goalie, especially if it's chippy and they are busy battling Rempe rather than playing the puck.

That isnt going to be the last goal Rempe scores this playoffs. You cannot defend him. Keep the penalties to the 2 minute variety and fighting majors and we can live with it.

He seems to have good hockey IQ. The goal was the result of him just going to the front of the net. Vesey hit him with a perfect pass. It didn't look like Rempe expected it, but he reacted quickly for an easy tap-in.

Go to the front of the net and keep your elbows down should be the message to this kid and we have our own Wilson for the next decade. He has also made Cuylle, who is very tough player to begin with, into more of an intimidator. I liked him crosschecking McIrath after he bumped Rempe. The Rangers have the physical element to their game they havent had since the Torts years.

I dont mean in the homicidal maniac way, but a player that other teams fear that can actually play.

Rempe is a legitimate threat. The fighting stuff was funny for memes but he makes the opposing D piss themselves and when he plays positionally he has a surprisingly keen hockey sense. He also plays calm under pressure.

I thought him carrying the puck through the neutral zone and dishing it off was fantastic as well. Shows the kid is more than just some guy who's there to be physical and throw punches.
