I only saw the 2nd half of the game. I'm not sure I've ever seen a worse looking team than SC just dreadful other than Skinner.

Watched the latter part of that game and Skinner's performance was amazing. I know they lost in the end, but without his play they aren't even in that game. Robert Thomas was literally dumbfounded at what do to.

So I take it for Swift Current to have a chance, Hamilton has to lose tonight and not score too many goals?
All SC has to do is win tomorrow. Hamilton losing could create a 3 way tie which could potentially move Swift into 2nd and avoid the tiebreak game, but if they win tomorrow they're guaranteed to be in the tiebreak.

Dobson with an assist on both Titan goals, but they fell 3-2.
And an idiotic penalty in the dying seconds sealing it for the Bulldogs.

Broncos need to win four straight including two straight against the host team to win it all. That'd be something else.

Honestly outside of this site I haven't heard anything about the Memorial Cup. Seems odd.
Really? I've heard lots. I've watched more MEM Cup than NHL playoffs as I've lost a lot of interest in the pros. The Broncs and the WHL the last few years have been very disappointing. I hope Swift can break a trend and win tonight. Dub teams have done nothing since the OKs won in 2014.

Boggles the mind that these games are at 8. Are they afraid of competing with nhl?
Yep, embarrassing really....they pretty much lose the Eastern audience right from the get-go. It was almost 1am when I got home last night and I didn't even go to the nightly entertainment.

On a side note, I heard that they are changing the schedule after tonights game if there is a tie-breaker...can anyone confirm?

The theory is that if Swift wins they will move the semi-final to Saturday rather than Friday to prevent a team from playing three days in a row. Not sure if that is accurate or just a rumour, but Swift and Regina could end up playing again tomorrow, and the winner of that game would play on Friday in the semi making it three straight games, so it would make sense to move it to Saturday.

Three games in three days is ridiculous. Four teams have had to do it since 1999: Regina (2001), Victoriaville (2002), Shawinigan (2012), and Quebec (2015).

Nasty PP goal for the Pats.

These kids run a better PP then we do.
