If Hyman, Komarov, Martin see ice anymore then I don't even know..... this game is already as good as lost 2 goals to get 10 mins left; why not try and load up? Babs' "original" lines aint working

Reilly had position on him but was caught watching instead of covering his man.

Rielly still has alot to grow as a dman...his on-ice awareness is not very good...probably why he gave Matthews the headbutt with the back of his helmet and knocked him out.

I have no trouble with Babcock being honest about the state of the team, as long as he doesn't single anybody out unfairly

Lately he doesn't have the market cornered on that. He's working hard but the team as a whole is in a game 30 something funk.

Its simple plays which is the most frustrating. Passing instead of shooting etc.

let me ask you a question. if you want to trade Komarov what's more beneficial - him playing more in a multitude of areas so a team can go you know, that might fit for me, vs. sitting him down and not playing him in his last year so we could potentially get something vs. him walking away ? like honestly.

Of course it was. But the Wings have done that all night with no calls. In fact, the wings are notorious for getting away with interference, especially under Babcock. What I'm saying is that there's a double standard. Go back and lopk at the JVR penalty. Tell me you havent seen Detroit do that all night.

Marner is still playing OHL hockey, he needs to learn how to simplify his game at times without losing his creativity.

Dude Hyman's Babcock's extra attacker when the goalie is pulled. If this was one of those EA sports NHL games, Hyman would be on Babcock's "Hero" line.
