I wonder, what would be the hockey equivalent of blowing a 79 point lead in basketball? Blowing an 11 goal lead? 13 goals perhaps? Needless to say, we'll never live to see this happen.

Back in the 2000-2001 season, the Leafs had a 5-0 lead over the Blues with 15 minutes remaining in the 3rd period.

They lost 6-5, 19 seconds into OT. I'd say that's the closest you will come

What is even weirder is that Tie Domi had 2 goals and I believe a primary assist in that game, along with a fight.

I gotta say it's nice to finally not have to look at the Games Remaining charts and try to figure out how the leafs can statistically "still make it".

Be nice if we had something to play for though.

I'm okay with that. We'd have home ice in any other division but ours consists of 2 of the best teams in the league and there's nothing we can do about that.

no.
I mean when people come back with known knee injuries people don't go out of their way to target their legs etc.

also. "100 percent" i feel just means that YOU feel normal. i fractured my ankle last October and it's healed but it's not 100 percent. it won't be 100 percent for a very long time but i can still do whatever i need to do.

Meh, not really. He's a guy the other teams will try to target every game regardless of if he is healthy or not, he's pretty good at not getting hit. If it was of some concern that he could injure it further, the Leafs wouldn't clear him to play.
