I guess hockey is really just a side project for Molson because I can't understand how any business person isn't looking at this portion of their portfolio and just thinking this is all ok. If I have an asset(s) underperforming, I'd either do something to correct it or remove it from my collection.
I mean, the AHL club is terrible and the NHL club is terrible. There is no succession planning so there's no help coming from the AHL be it with players, coaching staff and front office staff. SL went job hunting for a couple weeks and couldn't find work. It concerns me if MB decides to clean-up CJ's bench staff this offseason and insists to Claude when he hires new staff, Lefebvre is a requirement on his team.
