Cukste is basically a retread at this point, it's not that he's a terrible player but he's a known quantity and Allsvenskan seems like about the right level to me

Well, Indrasis has been in decline for a few years now. He always had issues with discipline and motivation. While he, thankfully, finds those for short National team tournaments, he lacks them during longer regular season. When an import scores 9 goals in DEL, it apparently is only enough to not be sent down to DEL2.

Latvia Basketball has now upset both France and Spain at the FIBA World Cup. Safe to say, it's been a good year for Latvia in sports. Impressive or such a small country.
