This is the first updated end of season list with projected contract values for every UFA (the projections in RainyCity's post are from January):

I believe evolving wild also does projections like this every offseason leading up to UFA. I know everyone slags UFA but I think it's gone too far. For the Kraken I think UFA should be a big part of how we build the team. We're staring at a 5+ year rebuild if we try to sit back and go slow through the draft.
These are some players that would fit the Kraken at the proposed values:
I think Guentzel actually is a $9m player, that's not bad for him.
I would try to extend Adam Larsson this summer but if he's not interested, make bids on Matt Roy ($5.8m) and Dylan DeMelo ($5.3m). Those are reasonable numbers for a very hard position to fill. No I don't have any reason to think Larsson wouldn't extend.
Vincent Desharnais is listed at $1.1m? If that's accurate I'm in, but I don't think that's close to accurate. 6'7 RD playing big minutes deep in the playoffs, he'll get paid.
Teuvo Teravainen at $5m could be really good value. He's a skilled player who maybe hasn't always had a chance to shine in the Canes system.
If Dakota Joshua is actually only costing $3.25m then that's a good deal. I don't think he's going to be much of a scorer but he's a hard player type to get either way. We don't have size like that.
I made the case earlier that we'll need a shutdown center to take the hard minutes that we don't want to give to Wright and Beniers, especially if we're selling on Gourde. I have no nostalgia for Wennberg but he's listed here at a reasonable $3.85m. Other defensive options - Teddy Blueger at $2.1m and Chandler Stephenson at $5.6m.
Stephan Noesen is a hard nosed vet that adds powerplay scoring. You can put him on your 4th line like Sprong only he won't drive the coach insane, seems like a good deal at $3.2m.
Jordan Martinook is the exemplar of Canes type forechecking. $2.75m. I'm not expecting much but he'd help our 4th line.
Oliver Kylington is a blazing fast LD with unmet upside. He's missed a lot of time with off-ice / personal / family issues that I can't evaluate. But purely as a hockey player, he's a steal with upside at $1.1m.
If I had to guess how it actually goes for us, I could see us landing Teravainen (Francis' only ever big trade acquisition IIRC), someone like Blueger, and a couple more 13F / 7D types.

Coming off a 57-goal contract year, Reinhart headlines a list stocked with big-name forwards.

Looking at that.
Who still wants Reinhart?
You beat me to it.
Not me, Reinhart is not that caliber of player.
Edit: Actually you're posting the old projections from earlier in the year. In the newly released ones (in my post) Reinhart is at $11.3m, which is bonkers.
