rel = xgf% relative to team - also already adjusted for zone and score
dsv% = difference between save percentage and expected save percentage

I'm not all up on corsi or advanced stats...

As such you need to either post a legend or direct me to one that can tell me what some of these stats mean.

Ha! I don't know how I missed that.

let me know if that Legend explains it well enough. I tried my best to summarize it quickly, but if it's not good enough I'll try to explain it better.

He's bigger but not as physical. Borgman plays the old school way. He can play defense and block out the front of the net. Rielly then gets to move the puck and play his game instead of trying to be Borgman. In the Ozone, Rielly is free to go for a skate, while Borgman can hold the line with his size.

I see Borgman more as a puck carrier than stay at home type guy TBH... Borgman has some offensive potential!

I'm gonna guess that the guy on the left saw his usage get tougher and the guy on the right saw it get tougher.

Wow Carrick sits tonight! I'm fine with it too, Borgman has been better.

Carrick isn't competing with borgman, its polak vs Carrick. Neither of those 2 are capable of playing LH side. I imagine if Borgman struggles he and Rosen will be called up/waived. I never want to see Polak attempt to play his off side same for carrick

Polak and Borgman spells heavy and hard, but I just pray they can get the puck out of there zone or this will be a long night.....

The Kings prove that you can still score lots of goals by being stingy defensively. I don't think that they are a trapping team anymore. I want the Leafs to be like the Kings are today. Can score, but also be able to not allow much.

I think zeke may have been on to something when he said maybe Fehr didn't lose, but maybe neither of them won and someone else will get a shot.

probably :)
(also maybe Fehr going the zig-zagging wasn't good either didn't do him favours)
