This team is getting more and more exciting. Wish they were able to hold onto Genoway. The fact that he left for Togliatti makes it even more interesting for me. Of all teams, Lada it is.

They probably weren't putting too much effort into trying to keep Genoway, Lundin and Lepisto both scored over 30 points last time they played in the KHL so Jokerit probably feels pretty covered in that area.

Also Lajunen to Spartak. So the team lacks 1D and 2nd line C. Palola the only non-lateral move in terms of getting better.

Nothing special, it was 3 year deal and now starts negotiations. Those signed deals can go all the way to regular season starting line but I don't see any other tv station taking KHL/Jokerit.

Come on Viasat announce the tv contract :D I am really liking all the new players though a second line center is still needed.

This was Jokerit's first KHL year's "marketing song" and IMHO it needs some more air time now.

And me, myself and I, was losing the "love" for the team a little bit as I'm not liking some of the KHL/Russia stuff but I gotta say that this roster is looking promising and interesting...Viasat, get the deal done!

Tolvanen is fantastic signing. I couldn't wait more for KHL season now. I hope he gets to play in KHL team. He is way better shooter than Steve Moses, also great goal scorer, and has room to improve from last season (alot).

Another dane added to the squad, this time Nicklas Jensen with a 1 year deal + 1 year option. This makes it 5 Danish players in total, although one of them will spend the season in juniors. Maybe we should play a home game in Denmark next season?

Jensen is high quality scoring winger and will most likely replace Salminen. The team has the maximum number of contracts at the moment but if Salminen gets the boot, they will probably add another center.
