That might be extremely hard to determine, but only adjusting for draft size (and not for modernity of knowledge), I wonder what is the greatest ATD team ever built from today's knowledge perspective.

Of course, I wanted to take a shot at it, but the roster thread links are all dead, so screw that.

I think the "adjusting for draft size" part would be the toughest part of it.
