Jets are not playing back to back games. Jets havent taken a boatload of penalties this game. They are not facing a defensive juggernaut where matchups are critical. Laine is young and the most talented forward on the team. He should be playing around 20 minutes. So unless he plays 13 minutes in the 3rd Maurice is either being a @#%% or he is over coaching.

At the point you made your complaint, Laine had played 5 minutes in 15 minutes.

His playing of another 2 in another five supports my side of the argument, not yours (2 every 5 would be 24 minutes a game)

He now has 13:37 of ice time with 1:30 left, meaning he played 8:37 of the last 28:30, which would pro rate to over 18 minutes in a full game.
