Aside from November Laine had 3rd or 4th line player numbers but playing in the top 6 with prime PP time! Guy is simply overrated, can’t skate, can’t stickhandle at the NHL level!

0 regulation wins since beating Nashville and 1 win in the last 6. This team is a mess right now. Infuriating at the end where they're still looking to make a pretty pass instead of putting it on net. No will to score.

Laine’s even useless on PP1, doesn’t make a difference where he plays, would sooner see Laine in the PB with Appleton in his place!

Better game, not afraid of a 7 game series against any team. We will win.

If we can keep this level up--we're looking good going into the playoffs:

1) Helle is playing great

2) Morrissey returning on that left point

3) Hopefully Tanev will be back.

4) Jet's showed "great fight" tonight

We played a very tough desperate team, that had to win. Let's not forget here --Laine and Wheeler hit the post --this game could have went either way.

I really liked the effort--"a good way to lose" --go down fighting.
