Maybe. I think TVR is a pretty good comparable.

Played for $2.3M two year deal for us. Then played a few seasons at just under $1M per year and recently signed a 3 year $3M/year deal.

Good skating, 3rd pairing RH defenseman that can move up the line-up in a pinch, but is best suited for the 3rd pairing. Doesn't score much but can chip in a bit of offense while being defensively responsible.

He has a much more proven track record than Chat does but is 5 years older
