Some Dallas guys liked the idea of Sanguinetti+Dalpe+2nd for Jagr+Robidas over in Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk. What do you guys think?

I'd do it in a heartbeat. Sangs (even improved Sangs) and Dalpe are replacement-level players at best.

Down with robidas for sure. I do like jagr but I think it's kinda overkill. I like our team close to as is. I don't mind adding to the d or role players, but adding jagr changes the makeup of the team a little too much for me. Not a big rent a star fan, am I. Robidas fits perfect, and I'd want him to come back next year.

I'd agree we're ripping them off as well. They'd get two serviceable players for two rentals, but these two traded individually could get better pieces than this offering.

Considering they let go Ryder for Cole I wouldn't be surprised if he agreed on this deal.


If Jagr came to Carolina I'd buy his jersey in a heartbeat, and still after all these years he still manages to put up goals and assists.
