Sutter isn't capable of 2nd line duty and we have plenty of 3rd line C options.

The problem with Jordan's value is that Pens fans assume since he hasn't progressed offensively that they can get him back at a discount. That just isn't happening. Jordan has way more long-term value to the Canes than a couple struggling prospects and a lottery ticket.
