Spezza's pretty slow, you probably don't want him as your 1C. Maybe sell Neal, pick up Hossa, and use the leftovers to upgrade.

I beat div 1 with far worse players, my 1st line was Schwartz-Bjugstad(C)-Kucherov, 2nd line Forsberg-Vermette-Neal and my defence consisted of Josi and a bunch of 85s. I've had Lack in goal since the beginning. It's a lot more about your actual skills than your ratings.
