Earth has finite resources. Wouldn’t be so optimistic.

Birth rates fall in advanced nations. The UN expects human population to peak at about ten billion next century. Post-scarcity doesn't mean that all resources will be abundant; it means only that resources necessary for human survival will be abundant, and that the vast majority of human society will not be necessary for harvesting those resources.

But that doesn't mean it's utopia, because people are still apes.
