HFB Dynasty League​

The league will have a 34 player fantasy draft and a 5 round 2017 entry draft.

• This League will be a 31 Team Dynasty league
• Every year there will be a 5 round entry level draft of NHL prospects
• New NHL Contracts will be determined by player agents using comparable NHL contracts
• Salary cap changes will mirror those made in the NHL, starting at $75 million this year
• Roster sizes will be 23 active players, with up to 50 contracts including AHL and Junior players
• Contracts will be calculated by AAV
• Season Champion will be decided by leader in points when the NHL regular season ends (point system in CBA)
• Roster changes, player contracts, and trading will be similar to the NHL
• Read the league CBA for full list of rules
• Please send trade to online (Assistant)commissioner for approval, if none are online you may post your trade, but extremely unfair trades may be retroactively veto'd to maintain the integrity of the league

• There will be a 5 round entry draft and 34 round fantasy draft; Starting on August 11th, 2017
• Drafting will be from 10am-11pm Eastern Time
• You will have 2 hours to draft in the first 10 rounds, then 1 hour to pick is rounds 11-34
• After missing the allotted time frame, you will have 24 hours to make your pick before having the best available player selected for you
• Missing three picks in a row will result in termination of your contract with your team
• Please leave lists with individuals that pick after you or with executive members of the league if you cannot be active during the time you pick
• You may only select one goalie before round 8
• Please message the next gm otc once you complete your pick
