I wounder in theory if my character could get done his degree before playing in the NHL. Would be pretty interesting.. Draft year -1, Draft year, Draft year +1 perhaps could get it done. But I'm sure most of us will make the NHL or be in the pros after the draft

Draft Review:

I'm happy everyone went in the first round. I like where everyone went. Basically all our guys address needs that each team needs. I think Landon Flare is in the best destination for him. There couldn't be a better match. I like Vegito Blue going to Boston. I think he can be the center of the future. David Norton going to Vancouver will be really solid for that club as well.

Zigmund Visnovsky is gonna be a sleeper in my opinion. Didn't hear much about him in junior but I expect he'll come and do some damage in LA.

Well definitely didn’t have the year I had last year. 4th overall is cool though, and it’s not the yotes sharks or ducks so there’s that

Ottawa we could have done so much together. :( Looks like Vegito Blue and I carried Canada to the gold, hopefully we do as well together in Boston.

Yikes those playoff stats. 1 goal in 6 games and an AvR of 6.67.

And of course get drafted by a disliked team haha. Well here's hoping the Bruins can build around me well! ;)

He didn't go to Pittsburgh, New York, of New Jersey so it's alright with me. Just hope Detroit isn't in as much of a no man's land on the game as they are in real life, haha.

Connor was so close. Just four picks away from going to the Flyers. :(

Oh, another great season. Silver medal from WJC for Czech republic!! It's f***ing honour for me!! And best Dman of the WJC. Great job!
My stats were great too. In regular, in WJC, in play-offs, I'm happy with that.

And New York Rangers? That's fine. I want to be new Brian Leetch!

By the way, that goalie stats by Gill are f***ing crazy. Boston has two of us, great draft for them imo. So, good luck guys in next season!

Landon Flare! WOW what a season for a D man!

As a huge Leafs fan and Toronto born kid, I must say.. I'm a little torn going first overall to the Sens. Can I pull a Lindros?

Francis, I have question for you. In that WJC, which teams were at semifinal? And which team lost to Czech?

Lol at Zigmund Visnovsky drafted by Kings (named for two of my all-time favourite Kings in Zigmund Palffy and Lubomir Visnovsky). Downside to KHL route is that players generally don't come over right away, but the top goalscorer in KHL at 17 seems to have little left to prove now in that league.

I miss those two beautiful Euros. They were easily two of the best parts of the pre-rebuild 2000s Kings
