Maybe he, Konstantin Volkov, The Yeti, Nessi, and Sasquatch all disappeared together since it is almost impossible to find proof any of them exists. There have been sightings but no proof.

hes a third round pick, I wouldn't think he'd be that much of a longshot, at least not to get to North America and get a shot. Hopefully the injury doesn't set him back too much
