This was a nice little setup and a well run event. I had the chance to take in some games and wasn't disappointed. I know it's just preseason, but Windsor's imports looked strong and I had no idea Logan Stanley had a pair of mitts he uses for offense.

Stanley has offensive skills; just a matter of getting to use them. Late in 2015-16, and partially into 2016-17, he used his shot more and you could tell he was gaining confidence with the puck. Once he got injured, though, all bets were off. Coming into the Memorial Cup, Windsor had Chatfield, Day, and Sergachev as the offensive weapons. Stanley was needed more for size/strength than his offence.
