giving back to back powerplays right at the start of the game : best idea ever

I wonder if we'll even end up being permanently 11-7. It's kinda makes sense with the way Boucher explains it, and how we're playing the game.

11-7 allows Boucher to manage D-men minutes more efficiently, or well should.

I prefer to think of it as we are skating hard and will be a test for them.

I am jacked for this one

Missing Tkachuk is a much bigger deal than people think. We're already without Pageau. Ceci and Formenton are also injured, Dzingel and McCormick might not be fully healthy.

Let’s see:
Refs bias? Check
Anderson sucking? Check
Long game ahead? Yup, another check

well cant really argue with the 2 calls... chabot got his stick in between lekhonen s legs and harpur high sticked peca right on the helmet.

First shift by Ryan-Duchene-Boedker : excellent

Let's take 2 penalties back-to-back to make sure to ruin the start

So frustrating when they beat themselves just like that.

We miss Ceci

Seriously, thinking "it's all because of Ceci" is not very hockey savvy to be honest.

Harpur is so slow and bad

Literally what I was going to say, too. Harpur is not an NHL defenceman. I’m not mad at him or wanting to chastise him for it; he’s just not NHL-calibre.

A big body guy like that, I was so excited for. He just lacks the mean streak a guy with his limited puck skills and agility requires to play at the highest level. It’d be like Boro without physicality: a liability.
