StrongIsland
That Bailey Schenn O’Reilly Line has to be one of the best lines that has Skill and defensive play. That’s a 200ft Line right there.

USA's chance for upset lies in this game being Canada's first game so I won't say easy win for Canada. For Finland it would be better to face Canada now than in the last game of the group.

I watched the game with Latvia, it was very clear they could use a game or two for everything to start working as it's supposed to. Not saying they'll lose, but it might not be an easy win.

That's interesting. I thought they skipped practice games completely. I wonder if USA had any practise matches and what were the result(s) of those?

Canada had a tune up pre-tournament game in which they won 6-1 vs Latvia so officially not their first game as a team.

Isn't that what was said about the Oilers?

Canada isn't the Oilers though, this roster contains 6 players players who were on the 2015 and 2016 championship teams along with the 2017 silver runners up. Have to think that experience will help.

Ok thanks for the info.

Latvia loves some beatdowns it seems. Finland also played them at Latvia for two games two weeks ago or so and the results were 3-0 and 5-0 for Finland. Interesting that Latvia wants to play all the 3 top countries of it's group which roster wise are way superior to Latvia.

The U.S. will have a good start into the tournament with a 5:3 win.

Finland beats USA. Canada beats Finland. Then we got ourselves a mess. Germany beats everyone of course. Olympic silver team and add Draisaitl ;).

Haha... I like your humor! :D At least our defence is solid, and we are setting some of our most exciting young nobodies on the overwhelming opposition. Man, I'm so curious, whether they're able to click a bit with our D-H-K showpiece at centre! :naughty:

Of course. I was mainly joking but I don't think this will be an "easy" game for Canada.
