They looked good in the 2nd period but once again we have only seen a handful of 60 minute effort games this year.

The lack of speed really stood out to me in the 3rd, could not get to the points quick enough, could not exit the zone quick enough, could not clear quick enough. Lee is a prime example.

This game was a do-or-die 4-point game.

And they failed.

This simply had to be a regulation win.
