That's still how you win in this league. For all the talk about skill and speed coming to the forefront, it's still the physical teams that have been successful. Even Tampa which is typically touted as a high-skill team, needed to beef up and get some grit in the lineup before they could make it over the hump. Chicago, LA, Pittsburgh, they all had skilled stars up front but were filled with role players who could grind through the playoffs. This is why I like the Preds chances in the playoffs, we have those players. Just have to make it to the playoffs first of course, but once there nobody is going to out work us or out muscle us.
