Walman hasn't been that great lately, and it opens up for Ghost on the left side.

Some bull, ghost is a turnover machine.

Ghost tries though, he just sucks sometimes. Walman has this bad habit of making lazy plays on occasion. Ain't gonna fly with most coaches. And that's the kinda behavior that can be corrected with a benching.

You aren't going to make Ghost better by benching him. He's either worth dressing or he isn't, and he seems to just barely stay on the positive side of that ledger, consistently, despite his often frustrating play.
