How can you develop the defensive side of the game if you can play off your teammates. Nobody knows what to do. Ever wonder why some players join Boston and suddenly they become better players. The system is better and made for winning

These are blanket statements. What does he do exactly that helps these players grow their games?

Defense is not an easy thing to accomplish…it’s actually what keeps a lot of players out of the NHL. Maybe he should actually work on finding that system while his team continues to be a bottom 4 team
